With a career beginning in New Home Sales in 2019, Andrew Pizzino quickly built his reputation on the back of the 5-Star customer service he’d honed while working at the prestigious Treasury Casino Brisbane.

Beginning work in his new role, Andrew soon realised that the job was not about selling homes but rather about helping clients through their home buying journey. The fundamental change in perspective resulted in a desire to embrace the formidable challenge of learning the custom home building processes, and the technical knowledge required to turn his client’s dreams into reality.

Now with key learnings in hand, Andrew’s career quickly progressed, becoming the Business Development Manager at the esteemed home builder, McCarthy Homes, where he further developed his skill set by designing executive custom homes on complex knock-down rebuild sites across south-east Queensland.
